Living at NYU
Living at NYU was an absolute dream. I have lived in NYC my whole life, but being able to experience the core of the city everyday was such a blessing. I immediately fell in love with this city-campus life, and I made connections that were genuine and supportive. Being in an environment with people who have the same dreams, aspirations, and goals as me was so supporting and encouraging. My friends and teachers helped me truly connect with the art of speech, as well as the beauty of physical art-making. My month at NYU was one of the best of my life, and I will cherish the experience for the rest of my life.

Classes at NYU
Classes at NYU were unbelievable. I adored not only the studio spaces, but the teachers as well. One of the teachers there that I genuinely was able to connect with was Zeppelin Dufor, who helped me excel in my ceramic skills and allowed me to do all the projects I have dreamed of completing. I felt truly at home in the ceramics studio. I thoroughly felt at home at NYU. I was also so extremely privileged enough to use the sculpture and drawing studios at NYU, which was its own completely unique experience. Being able to sit at my aisle with my classmates and just be so involved in my work was something I dont think I will ever forget.
